Examinations Testing Window (Certification & Recertification)
Monday, December 13 — Saturday, December 18, 2010
*Certification* Application Postmark Deadlines
Regular — Friday, July 30, 2010 ($895)
Second — Friday, September 17, 2010 ($995)
Late — Friday, October 15, 2010 ($1095)
*Recertification* Application Postmark Deadlines
Regular — Friday, August 27, 2010 ($595)
Late — Friday, October 15, 2010 ($795)
Applications will not be accepted with postmarks after the late deadline for your type of application. CBNC encourages candidates to mail applications with a form of delivery confirmation. Incomplete or incorrect application will be assessed a $50 resubmission fee.
*Cancellation*
Cancellations must be in WRITING with signature of applicant. It must be received in the CBNC office by December 3, 2010 in order to be issued a refund ($795 for certification; $495 for recertification). Non-sufficient funds, administrative fees, late fees, and resubmission fees will not be refunded.
Candidates must first cancel with Prometric, acquire a cancellation number and then notify CBNC in writing of the cancellation number and statement to cancel (with signature). Candidates who cancel after December 3 will not receive any refund.
