Changing Status from Testamur to Diplomate
If you have passed your cardiology boards and can now be listed as a CBNC Diplomate, CONGRATULATIONS! To make the change in CBNC records, we must receive a fax with your ABIM letter, or printout from ABIM website. If there is more than one individual listed on the printout, circle your data. We must also have a photocopy of your unconditional, current medical license. Fax the documents to +240.631.8152.

2009 Exam Scores Expected by February 10
Scores for the 2009 exam are expected the 2nd week of February. Please be sure we have a current address for you. Address changes must be made in writing with a signature. Faxes are acceptable (Fax: 240-631-8152).
